Your name, phone number, optional email, the service you requested, your preferred date and time, and any note you add to the booking form.
To confirm and manage your appointment, to contact you about that appointment, and — only if you tick the consent box — to send you salon offers on WhatsApp.
Marketing messages are only sent to customers who opted in. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or asking us at the salon; we mark your record as opted out immediately.
Booking records are kept while you remain a customer so we can reference your history. Ask us and we will delete your record and remove you from every future broadcast.
Only authorised salon staff signed into our private studio dashboard. We do not sell or share your details with advertisers.
